Work Process...

Each website usually takes between 1 - 2 months from the initial market research through to it been tested 'live'. The process in how we carry out each project is shown below. Naturally every project is different and therefore some stages may change how you can use this as a rough guide.

The guide is for the Standard Web Design and Implementation Service and the Ecommerce Web Design and Implementation Package.

Step 1 - Initial Communication

The first step where we found out what you require and arrange costing.

Step 2 - Market Research

Our team looks at both local and national similar companies who are already on the internet. This helps us estimate what works well and what doesn't.

Step 3 - 1st Designs

Using premium, professional software we creating both wireframes and designs of how your site will look. Usually we create between 3-5 designs based on your specifications.

Step 4 - Communication

We bring all our research and designs together and either electronically send to you or have a physical meeting with you. You then choose the designs to suit or we create more. This process is repeated until you are satisfied with a design.

Step 5 - Implementation

During this stage we code your site from complete scratch. We never use templates or code supplied by others.

Step 6 - Communication

Once the site is coded we upload onto your personal 'members login area' so you can see exactly how it looks and works.

Step 7 - Testing

We complete rigorous testing of your site, ensuring everything runs exactly as anticipated.

Step 8 - Your site goes 'Live'

Your website is now on the internet with the domain name you chose.

Step 9 - Communication

If you are happy then we are happy. If you are not happy then we retest and code the site until you are happy.

Step 10 - Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

The site is submitted to Google and all other major search engines as well as other SEO techniques.

Step 11 - 'Live' Testing

More testing is completed as some things can change between the site been on our systems and going 'Live'

Step 12 - Maintenance

We can either show you how to update and maintain yourself as well as offering FREE lifetime UK support or we can maintain your site as well as unlimited updates for only £5 a month or £50 a year.
